“IMPERIUM- Leadership lessons from Roman emperors” is the first executive education initiative that leverages the vast heritage and legacy from the evocative Roman history.

Additionally, the course provides practical frameworks inspired by the Roman military’s organizational efficiency and adaptability, offering tools for competitive advantage.
Finally, readers will discover how Latin expressions still encapsulate essential business wisdom, enhancing their communication and decision-making skills.
The first edition of the IMPERIUM course was organized in 2022 at the LUISS Business School in Rome. In November 2023 the IMPERIUM seminar was presented by G.R.I.M. during its shareholders' assembly, set against the stunning backdrop of the Roman amphitheatre in Saepinum, Southern Italy.
